With its investments in technology and experience, Elmas Composite Machine and Mold Industry has turned into a large-scale industrial enterprise serving the world's most well-known companies with its staff of 70 people in Selimpaşa O.S.B. and Beylikdüzü O.S.B.
Working in cooperation with customers and establishing a solid and reliable position in a highly competitive and rapidly developing market, our company has been designing and engineering molds for industrial factories for nearly half a century, offering one-step solutions for smc-bmc molds and value-added assembly, from simple parts to complex assemblies. The main strength of the company is based on its experienced and well-trained staff, long-term experience and effective process monitoring.
In addition to mold development, Elmas Composite has made serious investments in the R&D of composite materials (SMC / BMC) molding technology.
In 2010, Elmas composite and mold began to cooperate with military research institutions and enterprises on Composite technology and mold development. Diamond Composite Mold plays a key role in the application of UD/Kevlar bulletproof composite material in domestic military protective equipment. As a result of ongoing R&D, Diamond composite molding (SMC/ BMCDMC RTM) has created a series of integrated solutions in molding and directional placement.
Together with material manufacturers, it carries out bold research and innovations, from raw material and press machine selection to mold design. We strive to improve part quality, molding efficiency, mold processing and interchangeability. All these research and efforts allow the molding cost and initial investment to be reduced.
